It's Official- Lea Smith of Bethesda Tattoo is officially an Award Winning Tattoo Artist with her crowning of the best overall tattoo award given to her client at the famous 2009 H st. Festival in Washington DC. Recently notified of her achievement, her client gave the trophy she received to Lea out of appreciation and friendship.
